  • What is the average price for a shade?

    Unfortunately, there is no average price we can give over the phone due to the large variety of shade types, colors, and sizes. Just the fabric alone can change the price from a couple hundred to over a thousand.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    We do not have a showroom. We are 100% mobile. Our salesman brings our showroom to you with samples in their van.

  • How long are your consultations?

    We schedule consultations for 2-hour timeslots so neither the customer nor the salesman feels rushed in any way.

  • Is there a fee for sales consultations?

    No, our consultations are free unless you are out of our service area in which case there is a small service fee.

  • What brands do you carry?

    Hunter Douglas, Graber, Alta, Sunesta, and Insolroll.

  • Do you do repairs?

    Yes, however, we are only able to service brands we’ve ever carried.

  • I live outside the Flathead Valley. Will you service my address?

    Depending on which city you’re in, we have set days and possible service charges.

  • Who does your installation?

    We have our own team of certified installers. We do not hire independent contractors for installation.

  • If we purchase from you, do you also charge for installation?

    Installation is included in your purchase.

  • Can I install my own shades?

    No. In order for us to stand behind our products, we must install the shades we sell.

  • Do I need to be present for the salesman to take measurements?

    Yes, we do require whoever involved in decision making must be present for the sales consultation.

  • Do I need to be present for the installation?

    It is preferable you are there for installation, however we can make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

  • Do you have minimum number of windows to set up a consultation or place an order?

    No, we work on projects as small as 1 window or up to however many you need.

  • Do you carry external products?

    Yes, we carry Sunesta Awnings as well as exterior screens.

  • Can I purchase shades for my home in Canada?

    No. In order to sell you shades, we must be able to come out and measure your windows and install your shades, and we do not service outside of Montana.

  • If I purchased my blinds from a different blind company, can you service them?

    Yes, as long as they are a brand we have a professional relationship with.

  • How long can I expect it to take to have my shades installed after purchase?

    On average, we estimate from the day you place the order to the day we install 4-6 weeks.

  • Do you carry standard parts and shades in your shop?

    No, everything we sell is custom ordered for your home.

  • Are you able to fix my shade in-home?

    No, we process repairs through the vendor and ship all repairs back to the vendor’s repair warehouse.

  • Can you trim my shade down to size?

    No, everything we do is custom made for your home. We do not have the ability to trim down shades.

  • Will you clean my shades?

    While we do not clean shades, we do have companies we can refer you to.

  • Do you sell window screens or window tinting?

    No, we do not sell window screens or window tinting. 

  • Can I purchase shades for my RV/Trailer from you?

    No, we are unable to shell shades for RVs or trailers.

  • I just saw your van in my neighborhood. Can you stop by really quick?

    We might not have time right now, but we’d love to get you scheduled for our soonest available appointment.

  • Do you sell motorized or powered shades?

    Yes, we have multiple options for automation and motorization.

  • Are you able to match existing shades in my house?

    Our salesman brings our samples to you, so you are able to match as close as possible within the light of your own home.
